These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beep Driving Cancellations UK website and installable web application (together, “Beep” or the “Service”). Beep is operated by Nexkey Inc, trading as Beep Driving Cancellations UK (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing Beep Pro or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Beep. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must use a valid email address that you control. Beep uses secure email links instead of passwords.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in links secure.
• You must provide accurate, current information and update it when your circumstances change.
• Your account may only be used in connection with your own driving test and your own driving licence details.

2. What Beep Provides

Beep is an information and alert service. It may:

• display practical driving test slots recently observed at selected test centres;
• match observed availability against the preferences saved in your account;
• send notifications to an eligible device when matching availability is detected; and
• provide links that help you reach the official DVSA service.

Beep does not reserve, hold, book, change, swap or cancel a driving test. You must perform every booking action yourself through the official DVSA service.
